How to Subscribe to Viva One
You can subscribe to Viva One using your Smart mobile number. Follow the steps below to start watching.
Step 1: Complete your purchase
You can buy a Viva One subscription through:
- The Smart Online Store HERE
- Other Smart purchase channels
When buying:
- Select Viva One
- Choose a plan (3-day or 7-day)
- Confirm your purchase
- For prepaid users, the amount will be deducted from your load
- For postpaid users, the charge will appear on your bill
- Wait for the confirmation message that your purchase was successful
Step 2: Create or log in to your Viva One account
To watch Viva One, you need a Viva One account.
If you don’t have one yet:
- Download the Viva One app or visit vivaone.ph
- Sign up using your email and password
If you already have an account, simply log in.
Step 3: Link your subscription
After buying your subscription, you need to link it to your Viva One account.
- Go to vivaone.ph
- Log in to your Viva One account
- Go to Manage Account
- Select My Subscription
- Choose SMART as your payment option
- Select Subscription Linking
- Enter the same Smart mobile number you used to buy the subscription
- Enter the one-time code sent to your phone
- Wait for the message confirming that linking is successful
IMPORTANT: You may link your SMART mobile number to only one Viva account. If you wish to unlink or delete your account, please contact Viva Customer Service.
Step 4: Start watching
Once your subscription is linked:
- Open the Viva One app
- Log in to your account
- Choose a show or movie and start watching
Step 5: Check your connection
To watch Viva One, make sure you are using Smart mobile data. WiFi or other mobile networks will not work
