How to Subscribe to Viva Max

You can subscribe to Viva Max using your Smart mobile number. Follow the steps below to start watching.

Step 1: Complete your purchase

You can buy a Viva Max subscription through:

• The Smart Online Store HERE 
• Other Smart purchase channels

When buying:

1. Select Viva Max
2. Choose a plan (3-day or 7-day)
3. Confirm your purchase
   • For prepaid users, the amount will be deducted from your load
   • For postpaid users, the charge will appear on your bill
4. Wait for the confirmation message that your purchase was successful

Step 2: Create or log in to your Viva Max account

To watch Viva Max, you need a Viva Max account.

If you don’t have one yet:

1. Download the Viva Max app or visit vivamax.net
2. Sign up using your email and password

If you already have an account, simply log in.

Step 3: Link your subscription

After buying your subscription, you need to link it to your Viva Max account.

1. Go to vivamax.net
2. Log in to your Viva Max account
3. Go to Manage Account
4. Select My Subscription
5. Choose SMART as your payment option
6. Select Subscription Linking
7. Enter the same Smart mobile number you used to buy the subscription
8. Enter the one-time code sent to your phone
9. Wait for the message confirming that linking is successful

IMPORTANT: You may link your SMART mobile number to only one Viva account. If you wish to unlink or delete your account, please contact Viva Customer Service. 

Step 4: Start watching

Once your subscription is linked:

1. Open the Viva Max app
2. Log in to your account
3. Choose a show or movie and start watching

IMPORTANT: Viva Max subscriptions bought using Smart can only be used while connected to Smart mobile data.

Step 5: Check your connection

To watch Viva Max, make sure you are using Smart mobile data. WiFi or other mobile networks will not work.
