How to Check Your Viva One Access After Subscribing Using Smart
If you already subscribed to Viva One using Smart but can’t watch yet, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Make sure your subscription is linked
After subscribing via Smart, you need to link your subscription to gain access to Viva One.
- Go to vivaone.ph
- Log in to your Viva One account
- Go to Manage Account
- Select My Subscription
- Choose SMART as your payment option
- Select Subscription Linking
- Enter the same Smart mobile number you used to buy the subscription
- Enter the one-time code sent to your phone
- Wait for the message confirming that linking was successful
IMPORTANT: You may link your Smart mobile number to only one Viva account. If you wish to unlink or delete your account, please contact Viva Customer Service.
Step 2: Check the mobile number you used
When linking your subscription, make sure you enter the same Smart mobile number used to buy the subscription. Otherwise, you will not be able to access your subscription.
Step 3: Try linking again
If your subscription is not detected:
- Double-check the mobile number
- Wait a few minutes
- Try linking again
Step 4: Fix one-time code issues
If you didn’t receive the code or it expired:
- Request a new code
- Make sure your phone has signal
- Try again after a short wait
Step 5: Check your connection
To watch Viva One, make sure you are using Smart mobile data. WiFi or other mobile networks will not work.
