How can I view my Smart Load retailer statement of account

Smart Load retailers with personalized retailer accounts may view their Statement of Account (SOA) online. Simply log-in to My Smart.

For new users, please sign-up for an account first then link your mobile number. In your account profile, specify that your mobile number is also a retailer account. If this option is not enabled, you will not be able to view and access retailer transactions. Registration is FREE.

If you already have a My Smart account, just update your profile and enable the retailer option.

  1. Login to My Smart.
  2. Click the "Manage" button for the retailer mobile number.
  3. Under Account, click "Update Web Connect Profile".
  4. Check the option "Enable Smart Load retailer transactions" and Save.
  5. Click the "Account Overview" option on top of the page to refresh your account. You will see the Retailer option.
