Smart Load retailers with personalized retailer accounts may view their Statement of Account (SOA) online. Simply log-in to My Smart.
For new users, please sign-up for an account first then link your mobile number. In your account profile, specify that your mobile number is also a retailer account. If this option is not enabled, you will not be able to view and access retailer transactions. Registration is FREE.
If you already have a My Smart account, just update your profile and enable the retailer option.
- Login to My Smart.
- Click the "Manage" button for the retailer mobile number.
- Under Account, click "Update Web Connect Profile".
- Check the option "Enable Smart Load retailer transactions" and Save.
- Click the "Account Overview" option on top of the page to refresh your account. You will see the Retailer option.
