1 . The Advance Payment Retention promo will be offered to existing Smart Postpaid subscribers who are up for retention/ re-contracting.
2 . Promo is not applicable for iPhone and Rebates package availers upon retention.
3 . This promo will run from December 16, 2017 to March 31, 2018.
4 . Smart Postpaid customers will need to pay 5 months’ or 10 months’ worth of their MSF (Monthly Service Fee) in full upon plan renewal to get one (1) or two (2) months FREE MSF.

5 . To qualify for the bill rebate, the payment should be made for the whole five (5) or 10 months in full.
6 . Only cash and card payments are allowed for this promo.
7 . The advance payment will be applied successively for the next five 5/10 months and will only cover the MSF.
8 . If the customer decides to terminate his/her account, the refund shall be processed after the final bill has been generated depending on the remaining amount after deduction of remaining outstanding balance.
9 . The customer is expected to keep the account updated on payments, especially for the usage on top of their monthly service fee.
10 . The monthly advanced bill payment for each qualified month would be reflected on the customer’s postpaid bill.

Qualified subscribers are invited to avail of this retention promo at the nearest SMART Store to them, nationwide. Offer is exclusive only to this channel (not applicable for Telesales and Online Retention).
When will the FREE MSF rebate be reflected in my Statement of Account (SOA)?
The FREE MSF Rebate/s will be reflected once the “Advance Monthly Payments” are already fully credited depending on the payment scheme selected:

What if my usage exceeds my MSF? Will it be deducted against my advance payment?
Any usage that is incurred on top of the MSF will not be deducted against the advance payment and should be paid by the subscriber to avoid redirection. The subscriber is expected to keep the account updated on payments, especially for the usage on top of their monthly plan.
Who are excluded from this promo?
The following are not eligible for this promo:
- New subscribers that are not yet qualified for retention
- Freedom Plan Subscribers (unless they are availing of retention)
- Group/Family Plan Subscribers
- Availers of iPhone or Rebates Retention Packages
