How to Pay for your Smart Online Store Plan Application?

After validation and approval of your Smart Postpaid plan application, you will receive an email that contains a payment link. Delivery of your purchased item may only be processed upon receipt of your payment.

Here's how to pay for your order:

  1. Click on the emailed payment link, or copy and paste the URL to your web browsers address bar.
  2. Select your preferred payment mode: Credit Card, BancNet ATM or Online Banking/Over-The-Counter
  3. Click Proceed and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. You will receive a confirmation message via email and SMS upon completion of payment.

You must complete your payment within three (3) days upon receipt of the payment link. Otherwise, your application will be cancelled.

Some items in the online store can be paid through the Cash on Delivery option. You may pick this option while making your online store purchase.

Some products and services such as call, text and data packages and value-added services are paid via operator billing - amount due is deducted from your Smart Prepaid load or charged to your postpaid bill.
