eStatement and Credit Limit Change Request via My Smart App

When you are registered to My Smart and have linked your Smart Postpaid and Bro (Postpaid) accounts, you can now view balances online and anytime with the My Smart app.

Here's how to check your bills online:

  1. Log in to your account via My Smart app
  2. Tap 'Account Services' on the menu. Go to 'View eStatements'.
  3. You will receive a confirmation message. Choose 'Enroll now' to proceed.

Once enrolled, you can view, download or print a copy of your billing statements. You will also receive email notifications when a new billing statement is available for viewing.

You also have the option to change your credit limit. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account via My Smart app
  2. Tap 'Account Services' on the menu. Go to ‘Change credit limit’.
  3. Choose either credit limit increase / decrease, input your desired credit limit and the reason for the request in the provided fields. Then tap ‘Submit Request’.

For change requests in cut-off dates, you may file a Help Ticket or call Customer Support (Toll-free number: *888 /Hotline: (02) 888-1111).
