If your Smart Postpaid or Smart Infinity usage exceeds your credit limit, Smart will temporary redirect your outgoing calls. Value-Added Services such as MMS and mobile internet are also temporarily barred. Redirection will help you manage your expenses.
To lift the redirection, simply settle the outstanding balance and report payment to continuously enjoy uninterrupted connection. To report payment, dial **888* using your Smart cellphone or (02) 888-1111 via landline.
If you cannot settle the payment immediately, you can opt for a payment arrangement. It is a promise to pay within a a certain agreed number of days. Simply call the hotline for payment arrangement.
