What If I Paid More than my Outstanding Balance?

If you paid more than your bill's outstanding balance, any surplus amount will automatically be credited as bills payment for the next month.

Cash refunds will only be given when you have excess payment upon disconnection of postpaid account. Refund requests may only be done at Smart Stores.
