What do I need to present when paying my bills over the counter?

Subscribers may settle their bills at any accredited payment channels listed below. Subscriber must fill-out a payment or deposit slip and indicate the account number and amount to be paid. A Statement of Account is not required.

DIGITAL PAYMENT OPTIONS


INTERNET BANKING

For depositors of the following banks, they may log-on to:

HOW TO PAY: Subscribers may be required to register. Procedure varies per bank.


MOBILE APPS

GigaLife App

  1. Download the GigaLife app.
  2. Tap Pay Bill Tab in Home Tab
  3. Enter the Total Amount to Pay then click Pay Bill
  4. Select Payment Method the tap the continue button.
  5. Enter the One-Time PIN then click submit.
  6. Successful payment screen will appear then click done to complete the transaction.

PayMaya App

  1. Download the PayMaya app.
  2. Log in to PayMaya and go to the Pay Bills tab.
  3. Choose the Smart Communications biller.
  4. Once biller has been chosen, proceed with filling up the required fields.
  5. Click the Continue button to proceed to the with Payment Review Page.
  6. Click the Pay button to pay your Smart Postpaid bill.
  7. View your payment in the Activity List. You’ll notice in the Activity List that it’s currently being processed. Once payment has been posted, it will be tagged as “Payment complete. Amount has been posted to the biller.”
  8. View your payment in the Activity List. It should say, “This payment has been completed. The amount has been posted to the biller.”

HOW TO PAY: Subscriber must accomplish the ADA Enrollment Form available at any SMART Store or they may also contact the bank for enrollment.

  • Bayad Centers (selected branches, near real-time posting)
  • Cebuana Lhuiller (near real-time posting)
  • 7-11 Outlets
  • ECPay, known for its availability 24/7 in 7-Eleven branches, can now post payments for Smart and Smart Bro retail/individual accounts near real-time at any time of the day. The service is also available in other ECPay outlets strategically located nationwide. Now, this is convenience at its best for Smart/Smart Bro and ECPay customers.

Subscriber may pay via Mobile Banking Service through the following banks:

HOW TO PAY: Inquire and fill-out an MBS application form from the banks mentioned above.
Once enrolled, follow these steps:

1. Select Mobile Banking menu in your Smart cellphone SIM Menu.
2. Select Pay Bills and enter appropriate biller code: 03006 (Smart), your account number and payment amount.
