What is a Three Month Advance Service Fee (3MASF)?

Smart subscribers are sometimes offered the option to pay in advance a 3 months worth of service fee to continue availment of their preferred phone plan. This plan is valid only to subscribers who applied or purchased via the Online Store. If the subscriber wishes to proceed, they are required to submit a signed letter confirming their acceptance of the 3 month advance fees. You may view a sample letter template below:

This is to verify my availment of [mobile plan] with a three months service advance payment amounting to [PXXXXX].
