How to Avail Add-Ons for Smart Home WiFi Postpaid via the Smart App
Enhance your Smart Home WiFi Postpaid plan with data or entertainment add-ons. You can easily do this through the Smart App. Here’s how:
1. Open the Smart App
Ensure you have the latest version installed from Google Play or the App Store, and log in to your Smart Home WiFi Postpaid account.
2. Access your Home WiFi account
- On the dashboard, tap the Smart Home WiFi Postpaid tile.
- Select the correct Home WiFi Postpaid account if you have multiple accounts linked.
3. Go to the Add-Ons section
- Scroll down and tap Add-Ons (sometimes labeled “Boosters”). Options include extra data bundles, streaming services, or premium app access.
4. Select your preferred add-on
- Choose the add-on you want to supplement your Home Plan 999
- Booster+ ₱99 – 1GB, valid for 30 days
- Booster+ ₱199 – 4GB, valid for 30 days
- Booster+ ₱299 – 8GB, valid for 30 days
- Booster+ ₱399 – 12GB, valid for 30 days
- Tap Buy.
5. Check your add-on usage
- Return to the home page, and click Check Usage to view your active bundles and monitor your usage and remaining validity.
Tips and additional info
- Multiple add-ons can be stacked, but some combinations might not be available. When you load various boosters, the validity of the older boosters will extend and follow the validity of the latest booster.
- Auto-renewal: Certain add-ons can be set to renew automatically; toggle this option if you want to resubscribe to your chosen add-ons once they expire.
- Expired add-ons are displayed in your app history or past transactions.
- Billing: Add-on charges appear on your monthly bill under your Home WiFi add-on services. You may charge multiple boosters to your plan if it is within your credit limit.
