How to Keep Your Unused Data With Big Data Rollover

With Big Data promos, you can keep enjoying your unused base data through the Data Rollover feature so you can maximize every GB you paid for.

This guide explains how Data Rollover works and how you can make the most of your Big Data promos.

How can I keep my unused data?

You can keep your unused data in two ways:

1. Enable auto-renewal in the Smart App for your Big Data promo
2. Reload a Big Data promo before your current promo expires

Important things to note:

• Reloaded or auto-renewed promos should belong to the same Big Data promo family
• Your reloading must happen before the current Big Data promo expires
• You may subscribe to any Big Data variant. It does not need to be the same Big Data Promo

If your promo expires before activating the auto-renew or reloading, unused data will no longer be carried over.

What happens when I reload before expiry?

When you reload a Big Data promo before expiration, any unused data from your active subscription is added to your new subscription.

The carried-over data follows the longest remaining validity period among your active Big Data subscriptions.

Example:

Today, on July 7, you currently have Big Data P199, which still has:

   -10GB of unused base data

   -1GB daily data for 3 days of remaining validity (expiring on July 10)

You then subscribe to Big Data P499, which includes:

   -105GB of base data

   -1GB daily data for 15 days (expiring on July 22)

After reloading, your total Big Data becomes:

   -10GB remaining + 105GB of new data = 115GB total base data for 15 days (all expiring on July 22)

   -2GB daily data for 3 days (July 7-10)

   -1GB daily data for 12 days (July 11-22)

Your promo validity will refresh based on Big Data P499.

Only unused base data carries over upon renewal.

Where to reload before expiry?

You may register before expiry through:

• Smart Online Store
• Load retailers
• E-wallet apps
• Authorized partners

How to activate Auto-Renew?

Via Smart App

1. Open the Smart App.
2. Tap Promos.
3. Select any Big Data promo.
4. Tap Register and enable Auto Renew.
5. Confirm your purchase.

Can I keep carrying over my unused data multiple times?

Yes. You can continue carrying over your unused data as many times as you want, provided you auto-renew or reload before your current promo expires.
