How to Subscribe to Cignal Play Using Smart

You can subscribe to Cignal Play using your Smart mobile number and start streaming your favorite shows, movies, and live channels.

Step 1: Choose Your Cignal Play Plan

You may subscribe to the following Cignal Play offers:

• WATCHCPLAY75 – 7-day access to Cignal Play Premium with 1 GB open access data
• Power All 109 with CPlay Lite – 7-day access to CPlay Lite with data inclusions
• Saya All 109 with CPlay Lite – 7-day access to CPlay Lite with data inclusions

Step 2: Purchase Your Subscription

You can buy your Cignal Play subscription through:

• Smart Online Store
• Smart App
• *123#
• Other Smart prepaid purchase channels

To purchase through the Smart Online Store:

1. Go to store.smart.com.ph
2. Select Promos
3. Choose your network
4. Search for or select your preferred Cignal Play offer
5. Enter your mobile number and email address
6. Select your payment method
7. Accept the terms and conditions
8. Tap Place Order

If paying through Smart load:

1. Enter the one-time code sent to your number
2. Submit the code to complete your purchase

You’ll receive a confirmation message once your subscription is successful.

Step 3: Create or Log In to Your Cignal Play Account

To start watching, you’ll need a Cignal Play account.

If you don’t have one yet:

1. Download the Cignal Play app
2. Open the app and tap Menu
3. Select Sign Up for Free
4. Enter your email address
5. Enter the one-time code sent to your email
6. Create your password
7. Enter your mobile number
8. Accept the terms and conditions
9. Tap Sign Up

If you already have an account:

1. Open the Cignal Play app
2. Log in using your email address and password

Step 4: Link Your Smart Mobile Number

After creating or logging in to your account:

1. Open the Menu
2. Select Connect your Billing Provider
3. Choose SMART
4. Enter the same Smart or TNT mobile number used during purchase
5. Enter the one-time code sent to your number
6. Wait for the confirmation message that your account is linked

Step 5: Start Streaming

Once your account is linked:

1. Open the Cignal Play app
2. Log in to your account
3. Start watching your favorite content
