How to Subscribe to Viva One Using Smart Direct Carrier Billing
You can subscribe to Viva One using your Smart mobile number through the Viva One website. Follow the steps below to start watching.
Step 1: Go to the Viva One website
Using your phone or computer, visit:
Tap Log in if you already have an account, or Sign up now if you’re new.
Step 2: Create or log in to your Viva One account
If you’re a new user:
- Enter your name, mobile number, email address, and password
- Agree to the terms and conditions
- Continue to create your account
If you already have an account:
- Enter your email address and password
- Log in to your account
Step 3: Choose your Viva One subscription
Once logged in:
- Open the menu and select My Subscription
- Choose Viva One
- Select your preferred subscription plan
Step 4: Choose Smart as your payment option
After selecting a plan:
- Choose Pay with Smart
- Enter your Smart mobile number (Prepaid, TNT, or Postpaid)
- Wait for the one-time code sent to your number
- Enter the code to confirm your subscription
You’ll see a message once your subscription is active.
Step 5: Start watching on Viva One
After your subscription is confirmed:
- Log in to the Viva One app or go back to www.vivaone.ph
- Use the same account you used to subscribe
- Start watching your favorite shows and movies
Note: If you subscribe using the Viva One website on your mobile phone, you’ll be asked to download the app to start streaming.
