How to Upgrade Your Smart Prepaid/TNT Physical SIM to eSIM via MySmart

Upgrading your Smart Prepaid/TNT physical SIM to eSIM is simple through MySmart. Just follow the steps below:

1. Open MySmart and log in or create an account.

2. Tap on the ellipses (…) and choose Upgrade SIM.

3. Tap Send OTP.

4. Enter the OTP that you will receive and tap Verify.

5. Enter your email address and tap Verify Now.

6. Tap Send OTP to begin email validation.

7. Enter the OTP that you will receive via email and tap Verify.

8. Tap Submit to complete the Upgrade SIM request.

Note: Your current SIM will be deactivated once you receive your eSIM QR.

9. Wait for the confirmation screen and for the eSIM QR to arrive in your email.

Note: Make sure you have a stable WiFi connection during the eSIM activation.

10. Scan the QR that you will receive via email to install the eSIM.
