How to Upgrade Your Smart Prepaid/TNT Physical SIM to eSIM via MySmart

Upgrading your Smart Prepaid/TNT physical SIM/eSIM to eSIM is simple through MySmart. Just follow the steps below:

1. Open MySmart and log in or create an account.

2. Go to My Account > My Services > My Services and Usage.

3. Tap on the Upgrade SIM option.

4. Tap Send OTP to begin the upgrade process.

5. Enter the OTP received via SMS and tap Verify.

6. Enter the email address where you wish to receive the eSIM QR code and tap Verify Now.

7. Enter the OTP you received via email and tap Verify.

8. Tap Submit to proceed with the eSIM upgrade request.

9. Select the Visa/Mastercard option and tap Pay Now to settle the fee of P99 for Smart Prepaid subscribers and P89 for TNT subscribers.

10. Once completed, wait for the success notification and the eSIM QR to be sent via your designated email.

11. Scan the QR received via email to install the eSIM.

That’s it! You’ve successfully upgraded your Smart Prepaid /TNT physical SIM to eSIM using MySmart.
