The Smart Home WiFi Postpaid 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee lets new subscribers try their plan at home with confidence. Here’s what you need to know:

Who is Eligible

  • All new subscribers of Smart Home WiFi Postpaid Plan 999 and Plan 1499 are covered by the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Promo period: September 19 – December 31, 2025.

What It Covers

  • You have 30 days from activation to test your Smart Home WiFi at your registered address.
  • If you’re not satisfied due to weak or no 5G signal, you can request to return the modem and cancel your subscription.
  • No Pre-Termination Fees (PTF) will be charged if your return request is valid.

Refund Policy

1. If you return within 7 days of activation:

  •  Full refund of your Advance Monthly Service Fee (AMSF)
  • Refund of device cashout (for Plan 999)

2. If you return between 8–30 days of activation:

  • Pro-rated refund of AMSF (based on unused days)
  • Refund of device cashout (for Plan 999)

3. Non-refundable:

  • Data boosters, content subscriptions, add-ons, and applicable taxes

Refunds will be processed after your final bill is issued and are typically completed within 15 business days.

Conditions for Return

  • Report your service issue by calling (02) 8888-1111 (landline) or *888 (Smart mobile).Request the return within 30 days from activation.
  • Return the modem, peripherals, accessories, and packaging in complete and good condition.
  • Present your Official Receipt and Home WiFi Mobile Identification Number (MIN).
  • Ensure your account is in good standing (no unpaid balances).

What Happens After 30 Days

  • Using the service beyond 30 days confirms that you accept the connection as suitable.
  • Any cancellation after this period will follow the standard pre-termination fees stated in your contract.

Sample Scenarios

  • Case 1: Subscriber activates Plan 999 on October 1 and requests disconnection on October 5 → Receives a full refund of AMSF plus device cashout.
  • Case 2: Subscriber activates Plan 1499 on October 1 and requests disconnection on October 25 → Receives a pro-rated AMSF refund; no device cashout refund (since Plan 1499 includes a free device).
  • Case 3: Subscriber activates Plan 999 and avails of a booster add-on → Upon return, the booster charge is non-refundable.
