Follow these easy steps to subscribe via web:

1. Visit the Viva One or VMXWebsite

• Go to www.vivaone.ph or www.vivamax.net.
• Click Log In or Sign Up Now.

2. Register or Log In

• For new users: Fill in the required details – Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Password. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click to continue.
• For existing users: Simply log in with your email address and password.

3. Go to “My Subscription”

• Once logged in, go to the menu and click My Subscription.
• Choose whether to subscribe to Viva One or VMX.
• Select your preferred subscription plan.

4. Choose Smart as Your Payment Method

• Select ‘Pay with Smart’ and click to proceed.

5. Enter and Verify Your Smart Number

• Input your Smart Prepaid, TNT, or Smart Postpaid mobile number.
• You’ll receive an OTP via SMS—enter the OTP on the website to verify.

6. Complete and Confirm Subscription

• Once the OTP is validated, you’ll receive a confirmation message that your subscription is active.

7. Start Streaming

• Log in to the Viva One or VMX app or use the same account on their websites to start watching.
