Understanding Your Smart Home WiFi Postpaid Bill

Your Smart Home WiFi Postpaid bill may look different in your first month, but will normalize from the second bill onward. Here’s a guide to help you read and understand it. Just tap or hover over the green dots to learn more about each section of your bill.

Current Bill Charges

Your service fee from date of activation until the end of the current cycle + one-time device cash-out (if any).

Example: If you activate a Plan 1499 on Aug 11, you only get billed P1,015.45 from your utilization from Aug 11 to 31 (Instead of P1,499.00).

Payment Due Date

When you must pay to avoid disconnection

Total Amount Due

The amount you must settle in full on or before the payment due date

Pro-rated Monthly Service Fee

Your service fee from date of activation until the end of the current cycle + one-time device cash-out (if any).

Your first bill is usually different because your Monthly Service Fee (MSF) is still pro-rated. This means that you will only be billed for the days from activation until the end of the billing cycle. Moreover, the AMSF (Advance Monthly Service Fee) you paid when you applied for the plan is credited here.

Your full Monthly Service Fee will be reflected on your second bill, as shown in the example below.
